 Hey everyone! For today's 12 Days of Christmas post, I wanted to share my favorite nail polish shades for winter. To me, it's often the most exciting time of the year since Christmas is my favorite holiday. Therefore, I like to celebrate the festive season with fun glittery nails and Christmas inspired colors. 12 Days of Christmas : Christmas Tag

Hey everyone! Welcome back to the 12 days of Christmas! I can't believe Christmas is already only 6 days away (well 5 if you count Christmas Eve)! I'm super excited and making these Christmas related post are only making me even more excited for my favorite holiday of the year. Anyway, today, I'm doing the Christmas Tag! This is an old tag that used to go around last year on Youtube. I added question eleven because I wanted to mention my favorite Christmas drink. Hope you all enjoy this! Who's excited for Christmas?

1.Whats Your Favorite Holiday Movie? 

The Grinch and The Santa Clause.  I also really love the Nightmare Before Christmas. I'm not 100% sure that would count as a Christmas movie though :P Oh, and let's not forget Home Alone!

2. Whats Your Favorite Christmas Color? 

For my nails I like red and for everything else definitely gold!

3. Do You Like To Stay in Your PJs Or Dress Up For Christmas? 

Neither. We don't do Christmas morning at my house, only Christmas Eve and Christmas Dinner, but it's really casual so I don't dress up or anything, I just dress like I normally would.

4. If You Could Only Buy One Person a Present This Year Who Would It Be? 

Not sure, probably my boyfriend :)

5. Do You Open Your Present Christmas Eve Or Christmas Morning?

Christmas Eve!

6. Have You Ever Built a Ginger Bread House? 

No, but I would love to, it looks like a lot of fun. In fact, I can't remember the last time I had gingerbread cookies. Maybe I should make some this year, anyone got a good recipe?

7. What Do You Like To Do On Your Christmas Break?

The past few years, I've been going to my parents' house in Montreal and spent most of my holidays there. We go shopping for presents, prepare the Christmas food and just relax at home. I also take that opportunity to see friends and go out!

8. Any Christmas Wishes?

None come to mind at the moment.

9. Favorite Christmas Smell?

The Christmas food, omnomnom! Oh, and the White Barn N1 Scent from Bath and Body Works. :) Cannot get enough of that candle. ♥

10. Favorite Christmas Meal Or Treat? 

I'm not sure, either meat pie or the fudge my mom makes.

11. Favorite holiday drink?

Since last year I've really been liking the Gingerbread latte and Skinny Peppermint mocha at Starbucks.

Hey all! Today I have another makeup look inspired by winter to share :) It's a frosty white and blue glittery makeup with rhinestone! I also added glittery lashes which I think really complete the look!

12 Days of Christmas : My Christmas Tree (Silver, blue and white Snowflake Themed)

Hey everyone! Today I have another Christmas post to share with you all! I'm sharing my Christmas tree! Setting up the Christmas tree for me is always a really exciting moment and I just love to see it in my living room. It makes me smile every time. This year I put it up especially early because I couldn't wait any longer. (Christmas tree on November 1st anyone? Am I the only nut who does that?)

Also, check out Last year's tree! Can you spot the differences? Obviously it looks quite similar since many of the ornaments are the same, but I have many more round ornaments now. Also, you can't tell from last year's pictures, but there wasn't enough ornaments to have them all around the tree last year, but this year we do! Yay!

I also added a few Christmasy touches to my coffee table and my bookcase. I did cute silver, blue and snow flakes printed boxes in the bookcase and silver candle holders with a mini Christmas tree on the coffee table. Oh and the tissue paper box has snowmen on it!

12 Days of Christmas : Holiday Decor Haul

Hey all! Today I have a super exciting Haul to share with you all! It's a Christmas Decor Haul! I went to Dollorama and Hart to get this stuff so everything was super affordable and inexpensive! I haven't got that much stuff this year since I'm only adding to what I had already last year! 

I got some snow flakes themed stuff as well as blue, silver and glittery ornaments and decorations! I'm so excited to do the Christmas tree now! *whee*

Favorite False Lashes

Hey everyone! Quick favorites post today to share with you all : my favorite fake lashes! I've been getting more and more into them for the past few months and I have collected a few over time that I really love. I thought it was worth sharing in case you all are looking for new lashes that will look pretty for special occasions or for everyday wear. :)

As you can see, the majority of my favorite fake lashes are from Ardell because the lash band is usually very thin and they are easy to apply. I also love NYX and Kiss lashes although the NYX lashes can be a little more of a challenge to apply because of the thick lash band.

♥ NYX 109 Rebel Lashes : Quite natural looking if you're able to conceal the lash band.

♥ Kiss 05 Lashes : Very affordable and very voluminous. Quite dramatic looking.

♥ Ardell Inspired Lashes : Whimsical looking, but still wearable. Very pretty, but the lash band is thicker than other Ardell lashes so a little harder to apply and conceal.

♥ Ardell 120 Demi Lashes : Wearable flared out looking lashes.

♥ Ardell 315 Accent Lashes : Perfect if you want something super subtle or just to add a bit more volume to the outer part of your eye. Also much easier to apply than full strips which is perfect if you're just starting out with false lashes.

♥ Ardell 102 Demi Lashes : my very first false lash pair. Easy to wear, nice impact because of the spiky look that they have. Gives a doll-like effect.

♥ Ardell 100 Lashes : Super natural, perfect for a day time look or for beginners.

♥ Ardell Wispies Lashes : My Current favorites. Very long and dramatic, they make your eyes really pop.
