Hey all! Here's a quick post for you all :) I did this glittery night out silver smokey eye recently and I thought I would share pics of it on here! It' been a while so I'm not quite sure what products I used to create it, but I hope it's good inspiration for your looks anyway
From what I recall, I used the Blue Had me at Hello palette from Wet n Wild and the Stila in the Lights Palette for the highlight. For the brows I believe this is Maybelline Define a brow. I also used rainbow color glitter and the black liquid liner is from Tony Moly.
That's it for today! Hope you all enjoyed :)

Eye of the Day (EOTD) : Neutral Lids with pop of Blue
Hey everyone! I'm super busy again, so I tought I would simply quickly share a neutral eye look I did today! It's a simple and wearable eye look with neutrals on the lid and a pop of blue on the lower lashline! I'm really into all kinds of variations of this makeup look lately. I guess you probably noticed from my Seaside makeup look I posted a few days ago. It's quite similar! If you like this look, you should check it out, I listed all the products I used to create it in the post! Hope you enjoy this quick makeup inspiration! Have a nice day everyone ♥

Megan Fox Inspired Makeup : Subtle Smokey Eye with Red Lips
![]() |
My inspiration pic |
** Personnal update, Skip ahead if you're not interested! ** Hey everyone! Sorry I've been MIA for the past two weeks! I've been extra busy with school again so I barely had any time to think about blogging. I've been doing an internship closer to Montreal and living with my parents for the last two weeks. I'm also going back next week, but I had to come down here because I'm working this week end. It never ends -_-. Anyway.
Before I left for my internship two weeks ago, I made a look inspired by Megan Fox with red lips and a smokey lash line. (my friend Frederika from French Gypsy requested it ages ago, but I never got around to it. It's been on my to do list for months!)
I never ended up having time to edit the pictures and compose the blog post, so the pictures have been sadly sitting in my makeup folder untouched for a while now. I'm back for the week end in Quebec, and even though I don't actually have much time to dedicate to blogging, I decided to at least get this post up and running!
Enough chit-chat, let's get straight to the makeup look! I went for a smokey lash line (which is more apparent in my eye type than hers since I have a lot more lid space than she does), and pretty, intense, not too glossy red lips. I also defined my eyebrows more than I normally would and gave them a more pronounced arch like her. I went heavier with the contouring (although my lighting makes it hard to see there is any at all :P) because we all know how much she loves contouring! I hope you enjoy this look, let me know what you think in the comments below!♥
![]() |
I'm not sure why, but my lighting makes it look like my hair is almost red, which it definitely is not in real life. :/ |

Drugstore Wearable Series : Using Maybelline Sunbaked Neutrals Palette
Hey all! Today I'm starting a new series that will concentrate on wearable and/or neutral looks using drugstore eye shadow palettes, duos, trios and quads only! I've been doing a lot of very colorful, not so wearable looks recently (Disney Series, My Little Pony Series, Hunger Games Series, etc.), so I thought it would be a nice change of pace to go ahead and do wearable looks!
Also, since I'm a drugstore makeup enthusiast, I decided to make this series drugstore only so that anyone can recreate them easily, no matter the budget!
Today I'm starting with a Maybelline Palette that I really love : Sunbaked Neutrals! It's super convenient and portable and I love the color selection. Here's the look I came up with! Super wearable and pretty! What do you think? Would you wear something like this?
Products used :
Base
- NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Yogurt
Eyeshadow & Brows
- Milani Brow Fix in Light
- Maybelline Sunbaked Neutrals Palette :
- Light shimmery beige color on the inner corner
- Light Green color on the inner third on the lid
- Deep Green color on the rest of the list
- Light Copper color in the crease
- Dark Bronze color on the outer v and outer part of the lower lash line
- Light brown shade on the inner part of the lower lash line
