Revlon ocean breeze review and swatches

My nail polish collection is almost completely composed of Revlon polishes. For some reason, the colours seem to attract me more than any other brand so far. However, with Revlon polishes, I feel like the formula is really a hit or miss. Polishes with a metallic finish like ocean breeze tend to be quite streaky. This makes the application very uneven. Another thing is the brush isn’t as large as I would like it to be. Other than that, I like the color and the finish. I’m not sure I like it against my skin tone though. I prefer it on my toes with cute sandals during the summer!

Overall, not my favourite Revlon polish, but a good addition to my collection nonetheless.

Obviously my paint job is horrendous (especially on my middle finger), but it’s good enough that you can see the texture (and by that I mean streakiness), and the color properly.

This is one coat, no top coat

This is two coats, no top coat
I will definitely add a top coat over this because in my experience, these tend to chip rather easily.

If you are interested in any other Revlon swatches or review, or to see my nail polish collection please let me know ♥

  2. I haven't tried grey suede yet, but I've seen swatches and it looks like the perfect nude color!

I don't normally gravitate towards nudes, but I might give this one a try.

    Love your blog btw ♥
